By accessing or utilizing VidsSaves services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable local, national, and international laws governing telecommunications and internet access.
02.Permitted Personal & Archival Use
VidsSaves is engineered strictly for personal archival, academic research, and authorized offline inspection of publicly available media streams, or content for which you hold explicit copyright permission. Unauthorized commercial redistribution or resale of media streams is prohibited.
03.Prohibited Technical Actions
Users agree never to: (a) flood API routes with automated scrapers exceeding rate limits; (b) attempt SSRF attacks or probe loopback network addresses; or (c) circumvent platform DRM, paywalls, or authenticated private content gates.
04.Disclaimer & Independence
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted uptime. VidsSaves is an independent technical parsing utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, or Reddit.
